Hip Mobility Strategies

One of my colleagues, a competitive wakeboarder and snowboarder, is challenged with poor hip mobility. In this video, I give him three drills to improve his hip mobility.

Like snowboarding, golf and tennis are rotational sports  If you have unexplained low back pain – i.e. no clinical diagnosis of herniated discs, degenerative disc disease etc. – your low back may be moving to compensate for poor hip mobility.  If you have mobility challenges, I can help you improve the quality of your movement.  Contact me to set up an assessment.
