Consisting of 1-on-1 sessions, I focus on functional strength training and corrective movements to improve mobility, flexibility, and imbalances. Your program will be tailored to your specific goals and needs.

As a personal trainer, I’ve worked with people of all ages and fitness levels.  My clients have ranged from high school athletes to 80-plus years old.  .
